Value for money, attention to detail, and friendly staff. This hotel in Chiang Mai offers excellent value for money. The attention to detail in the rooms and bathrooms is impressive, with clean and comfortable beds and hardwood floors. The staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make recommendations and provide excellent service. As mentioned in one of the reviews, the hotel is located in the old town area, which is a great location for exploring the city and experiencing the local culture. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast, just like the café mentioned in another review, with homemade treats like strawberry jam that are simply delightful.
No negative aspect mentioned in the reviews.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to answer our questions. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable and would frequently disconnect. The bed was too firm for my liking and I found it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Small, clean rooms with A/C and TV. the garden was nice and breakfast was tasty. It was great that bikes were available and the location was convenient for attractions. the hosts were helpful and accommodating.

Located in the BEST neighborhood in the old city, it's down a quiet street inside the old town wall. the cozy and comfortable room was clean and quiet, with hot showers and good WiFi. the friendly staff provided excellent service, and the attached cafe served amazing coffee and hearty breakfasts with artful presentations.
